| Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive an order |

Shipping Price Guideline:

| If an order only contains one item but the item did not come in, Blossom's Boutique will provide the customer with a store credit in the amount of the shipping cost |
| If customer selects pick-up, Blossom's Boutique will contact them once the order is ready. |
| Please allow 24 hours for in stock items to be ready for pick-up. |
| Local pick-up items must be picked up within 10 days of being notified order is ready. Items not in stock need to be picked up within 10 days of the product arriving. If 10 days pass, the item(s) will be donated. No refunds will be given. |
| Customers must notify Blossom's Boutique within 24 hours of planned pick-up time. Cameras are present on site. |
| If customer chooses local pick-up but later requests item(s) to be shipped, customer will still be charged shipping costs. |
Return Policy
| Customers have 7 days to return/exchange an item |

Customers must approve return with Blossom’s Boutique. Product must be still tagged and with originally packaging, free of stains, smells and no damages in order to be able to return. |
| Bralettes and swimming suits cannot be returned |
| For items eligible for return, the customer can either exchange for store credit or another size/item |
| Blossom's Boutique is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item or the new item |
| Tags must still be attached to item in order to return |
