- Items marked pre-order are not ordered yet. A certain number needs to be claimed before an order is placed.
- There might be cut off date to order pre-order items. There are no returns on Pre Ordered items.
- Blossom's Boutique has no control over the availability of the pre-order prior to the order being placed. We will do everything to avoid any issues, however, availability of the item or a specific variation of the item is not guaranteed when it is in pre-order status.
- If a pre-order item is unavailable at time of order, Blossom's Boutique will refund the item or offer a store credit.
- All shipping dates on pre-orders are estimates only. Blossom's Boutique has no control over actual shipping dates but will provide the most accurate timeframe available.
- Refunds will not be given because the shipping time of the product isn’t right.
